SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). The shipping rate is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight and distance. If a package needs to be expedited, please contact us as additional charges are required.
Local Pickup
For those who live in the Mobile area, you can save on shipping and request a local pickup at Do Goods Mercantile (202 St. Michael Street, Mobile, AL 36602)
You will receive an email confirming when your order is ready and you can then pick up your order during regular business hours (M-S 10:00AM - 5:00PM).
Return & Exchange Policy
As each set is made to order personally for you and your loved ones, all sales are final. However, if there is an error on our end, please contact us and we will work to correct the mistake as quickly as possible.
